Rising Stars: One Key Application Insight of Understanding to Truly Develop Your Rising Stars
For this blog, I will be offering a key Application of Understanding about developing your Rising Stars - one that many do not truly see. Realize that the age of your Rising Star truly decides your role of developing them due to a level of knowledge they have or don’t.
Realize that if you go with what many adults tend to do and that is simply communicating to them 1 word and this is not what you want. If it is just that, they may remember 1 word but have no understanding of the real operational application and depending on their age, they may not have clarity on this application.
As a leader, and depending on their age, you need to initiate and lead perhaps a short chat that clarifies the word in their mind.
It is a critical and simple aspect that is rooted from my previous blog. Many do not understand this. So let me begin with the basic aspect of this and it begins with a question:
When is this critically workable in expanding your Rising Stars?
With Rising Stars at different ages, realize, you want them to be able to handle challenges that perhaps were not expected.
Realize that Rising Stars at different ages may have different thought process ability so what they envision might be different or unexpected. You will need to understand and see where their awareness and knowledge might be. Depending on their age, mental awareness could be different.
So, let me ask you, how do know where their mental awareness might be? Keep in mind, depending on their growth, age and working, it may be that their understanding is not clarifying their mind to you. You may need to ask some questions and see if they truly understand where it is taking.
A Critical Aspect
Realize that your Rising Star must have mental processing & understanding to truly understand. These are some of the aspects that involve real development to enhance and improve your Rising Star so they can truly grow and become to make a positive difference.
At certain ages, the Rising Star must activate and develop to achieve true success. It is how your Rising Star (at their current age) truly uncovers awareness and knowledge of what can be some challenging situations.
I simply leave this today and how are you going to grow and develop your Rising Star so that they become professional.
What is a very critical question is what true questions are you bringing to them?
Questions for Reflection
How do you need to focus on your involvement in their growth so that you do not distract them, but instead build their mental processing?
What must you change to truly model and inspire their growth and leadership development - not based on your own view, but aligned with their truthful, successful dreams and vision?
